I wanted to know if it's possible to apply for a Tourist visa, Work permit, and PR application at the same time. How about if they are all submitted at the same time? Is there any guarantee that my Friend's application will all be denied, or maybe one of them will approved? Please help me with this matter. Thank you

But her PR got returned because the IRCC requested a college diploma. Do you think it will affect the two applications?

You can certainly apply for all three at the same time. It's really impossible for any of us to comment on the chances of approval. There is no guarantee that the applications will be either approved or denied.
