You can open RSSP and TFSA with temp SIN Number.

@Ezzo90, you can open either RRSP or TFSA with your temporary SIN. I opened both mutual funds when I as a refugee claimant back in 2019. I only updated my SIN when I got my PR confirmation last year December.

Hello guys,
I know maybe I'm going to ask a stupid question but could anyone please guide me with the answer? So my question is what is TSFA or RRSP accounts? What is the benefit to open these accounts? What can I do with these type of accounts? Please explain me simple way. Thank you in advance
