What if you do your landing in Vancouver? MNL-YVR is only a 12 hour flight.

Were your siblings listed as dependents on the application and did full medicals?? If not, they can NOT land with you. In most cases only your own children are considered dependents. However would need to know more about your particular application.

If you can't fly to deliver baby in Canada, you need to wait until giving birth in home country. Then you need to contact CIC, and they will cancel your current visa and you need to modify your application to add your new baby as your dependent. Then they will issues new visas for you and baby and you can land in Canada together.

From what I gather, she's already landing as a dependent of her Parent, along with her brothers.

Land together. Give birth in Canada. Take a 12 hours non-stop flight with Philippines airlines MNL to YVR.

Yes.. actually, I recently took that flight on Philippine Airlines, and I looked it up on my eticket to be sure.. unless my time zone calculations are wrong, here's what it said (dates are changed)

(Depart)Manila (MNL), Philippines, PH
Mon, 12 Dec 2012, 20:00
Vancouver (YVR), Canada, CA
Mon, 12 Dec 2012, 16:00

Call the airline - don't listen to staff from the ticketing office. If the airline allows it, you can book the flight online and skip the ticket agent.

check and re-check with the airline, and have your doctor write a note to take with you on-board, because a lot of airlines will indeed not let you board if you're "too visibly pregnant" as they are afraid that you will give birth during the flight. If you have had some complications during the pregnancy, it's worth to think about it and discuss it further with your doctor.

I just called PAL because I know it's toll free here in Canada where in the Phils you have to have hundreds of pesos in load to call those numbers. All your answers will be in this website, plus a form that will have to be filled out

http://www1.philippineairlines.com/flights/your-flight/special-handling/expectant-mothers/

To arrange screening by a PAL physician you can call the reservation office at: 8558888
or the ticket office in MNL (terminal 2) at: 028795601

If you and your siblings all have their own COPR paper, I don't see any reason why you couldn't land in Canada on different schedules. I'm not sure if there's any special rules though for parent/children sponsorship, as i know more about spousal class.

Be careful about having the baby in Canada though. You'll need to check on if you can get health care instantly after you land, as many provinces have 3-month waiting times or other conditions you must meet. If you have the baby here without healthcare and need to stay in a hospital a few days or if any complications... you could be looking at thousands of dollars in hospital bills.

If the OP has her child in the Philippines prior to "landing" her COPR (visa) is no longer valid.

It seems pretty imperative that she lands before giving birth. What would her other options be?
