I am on a Post graduate Work Permit and had 9 Months (40 hr/week) of Canadian Work Experience before I got laid off last year due to COVID19. I recently started working for a new employer (less than a month ago). Both the Jobs come under NOC A category and are Full time positions.
My Questions are
1. Do I need to show that I have work experience for 12 months, or can I just show 1560 hrs? As my previous experience comes to 1440 hrs (40 hrs * 4 weeks in a month * 9 months), Can I just add another 120 hrs in my new job to be eligible?
2. Since I just started working for my new employer (still under probation period), Can I use the Offer Letter instead of experience letter in my application?
