Can a person with 2 years experience as FSW with NOC 0213

Dear Friends

My brother has 2 years experience in NOC 0213, can he apply as FSW with just 2 years of experience, or he needs experience more than this, he has done MBA-Finance and managing Oracle Applications projects....

How much experience he has in total.If it is less than 5 ,chances are that VO wont be convinced.0213 is Systems/Information Managers responsible for Planning Budgeting and managing departments.

Theoritically yes, all he needs is to have only 1 year exp in 0213 to qualify and needs 67 points .

If the total experience is 2 years only then he gets only 17 points for 2 years experience and also it will be tough to convince Visa officer that in 2 years a guy is doing duties mentioned under 0213
