My application transferred to Detroit from Buffalo(Pre June 0123) status shows Decision Made before medical.Not a good sign

My application was transfered to Detroit in Nov and now I see a "Decision Made" status (NOC 0123).Not looking good

are u talking about finger print check.if yes then no u dont need to notarize

Mine also moved to Detroit on Nov 16.Hope to see some movement soon.

Many of us got 2nd AOR but the status is In process and wordings similar to RBVO WHich is your visa office

You cannot have your H1B as long as your payroll is not run by the US office and you live in US.I don't know if it is an option for you,one of my friend travels around the world for his office visits,but his base is Chicago and he is in H1B.So bottom line you cannot use H1B unless your are in...

Patel, I Like your optimism and positive attitude..friend,,there are lot of people in front of us who are in process from April.We turned in process only this year..so patience buddy
