yes infact due to security issues canadain embassy is closed. and for quebec pak comes under BIQ hong kong and every applicant have to go hong kong for interview .
and
Yes i am called and definatly i will be attending.

really.... one has to go to HK for interview ??? what is ur date of interview? and would you pls share your field of study and experience? and currently u residing in pakistan? how did you apply for HK visa?

called me to test my motivations and knowledge of french because quebec is predominantly french society.

IT-Networks , 5+ expereince and got interview letter through email

Dont worry, Interviews are easy, sometimes they do it to follow the official formalities.
just a few small questions and you'll get through.
if they wanted to reject you, they already could. they wanna give you the visa and thats why they called you.

right.but there is game of point scoring & french as well

Quebec is almost French dominated area.
people of that part start talking in French at fisrt, they know good English but thats their 2nd choice.
are you scared that they'd mix up French with Deutsch? NO. they wont, they will most likely to use French and as you have demonstrated that you know good French, there is nothing to be panicked.
