Business Registration - under one parent's name

Hi,

My family's business is under my mom's name, however my dad is the main one who run the business. They are still married but living in different addresses.
I'm applying visitor visa for my dad, there is a question asked if he owns a business, can I say yes to this question and provide the business registration (under my mom's name)?

No. He doesn’t own the business. He works for the business so your mother can provide a letter stating that.
