YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS BECAUSE MEDICAL REQUEST HAS AN EXPIRY DATE AND THE DMP WILL SEND THE RESULT DIRECTLY TO EMBASSY WHERE YOU APPLIED. IT IS CLEARLY STATED ON THE MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS. YOU HAVE TO BRING THAT PAPER WORKS FROM EMBASSY TO THE CLINIC. THAT'S WHAT I DID.

IT IS NORMAL I THINK. SOME PEOPLE DON'T GET MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS RIGHT AWAY AFTER THE AOR OR PAYING THE RPRF. IN MY CASE IT WAS A SURPRISE TO GET THE MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS AFTER LIKE 2 WEEKS PAYING THE RPRF. THEY SENT ME A LETTER LAST JULY 18, 2011 AND I RECEIVED IT LAST AUGUST 2, 2011 AND I HAD MY MEDICAL DONE LAST AUGUST 8, 2011. WHERE DID YOU SUBMITTED YOUR PAPERS? MINE IS IN PHILIPPINES. IT IS SOMETIMES DEPENDING ON WHO IS WORKING ON YOU PAPERS. JUST WAIT AND YOU WILL SEE IN NO TIME EMBASSY WILL ASK YOU TO DO IT. IT WILL COME WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECTED. JUST LIKE ME, I WAS EXPECTING IT ON OCTOBER BUT IT ARRIVED EVEN BEFORE I KNOW. GOODLUCK!

I submitted my application to Buffalo and they received it on December 13, 2010 and I received a email with UIC and Application # on August 5th, 2011 which is AOR. It has been two weeks, no Med request yet.

As per the trend is going on, they are dispatching both AOR and MED FORM at same time. You must have seen "When and How to contact CIC" in your email, so contact them. Throw an email re: your concern with UCI#, App#, Full Name, DOB, PP#, Nationality etc.

Check the validity of your mailing address that you put in your application meanwhile.

I went on trackitt and some people are getting this message--well most of March applicants are getting it

"Your application is part of a group of files that has been transferred from the Buffalo visa office to the Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa (“CPP-O”) office to speed up the creation and processing of your application. All enquiries and correspondence must be addressed to the CPP-O office, unless directed otherwise."

Looks like they are sending out AOR applied in January. I sent my documents in first week of March so i think i should be getting a reply in September.

why should u drink milk and eat fruits before medical?
i havent been doing that

It doesnt hurts to drink milk or eat fruits.. u can get some nutrients. but i dont think u need that for medicals...
