BOWP - Before or After ITA?

Hi there, hoping someone can help. I'm a little confused by the BOWP. Can someone apply after submitting an express entry application or only after receiving an ITA and submitting an application for permanent residency? Thanks in advance for replies.

You apply after sending a complete application for express entry. You need the AOR to apply for the BOWP

Hi Miguel - thanks for your reply! Okay understood - so not the eligibility part to be in the pool, but after the complete PR application.

That's right. You have to enter the pool, then received ITA, and then submit your complete application before you'll qualify for a BOWP.
