Best one year program in Canada

Hi Guys,

I need help from you guys. I am 33 years old and I have bachelor degree in petroleum engineering from United States but without work experience. I heard that Canada can give work permit after finishing at least 8 months program in one of Canadian institutes. I want to take short program (one year at most) to get work permit and then job. What is the best program for my situation?

Is your objective to get permanent residency in Canada? If so, a one year program is a bad plan. You want to take at least a 2 year program so that you can qualify for a three year post graduate work permit.

you are right but I can't afford the costs of two years
