Bank Statement issue from pakistan

Hi i intend to apply for Fall 2012 within few days but i have some bank statement issue.My sponsor is my DAD but due to some reason he is unable to show his bank statement.My consultant is saying that you should open a new bank account on your name and then transfer money in it.then take its bank statement and account verification letter.Can any one tell me if it is acceptable method to embassy ?

First of all minimum duration for bank statement is 4 months keep it in mind, secondly you have to show the source of income.......

Your best chance is to comply with the regulations of CHC........rest depends upon you......if you see your profile is strong and you can take a chance then go with it..........

I think we can apply on Running finance in that no need of 4 month bank statemet ...... plz correct me if i m wrong

Consultant told me that u need 4-6 month bank statement if u r showing bank statement of your father/sponsor.if u r showing amount in your own bank ,then no need for 4-6 month 's statement i:e running finance is enough.

Minimum four months bank statement required...
and the minimum amount should be equivalent to your 1year fees + living cost(CAD$10,000)

rest depends on your luck and mood of visa officer

No. The consultant is totally wrong and sending u in hell.

Immigration and refugee Act "SPONSOR HAS TO DECLARE SATISFACTORY REASON AND MATURITY OF FUND FOR THE REQUIRED PERIOD"

In ur case u have arrange fund from ur father. U can use ur father account as ur own by his authority (U cannot use due to unknown reason). But u can deposit his money in ur account.

Now u have to show source of fund. Look following

1. Borrow money to study from Parents, Uncle and brother and Anti only blood relation. (Section 11b)

According to it Write and affidavit regarding loan from ur father or any blood relation and attache bank statement.

In this condition don't need to mature ur bank statement for for month. U can apply as u do the above. Running finance for Canada is not acceptable until it mature for 4 month.

Hello everybody@AKIF MOIN bro I'm bit confused I've 3million PKR in my fathers bank account for 2 months (but I don't have my personal bank account) and have solid proof that where did that money came from would that be okay if I apply now or should I wait for four months in that case I'll be late because my classes are starting at 1st of September. I've got admission in university of Dal housie as bro farrukh did.Almost have the same profile except I didn't do anything for past 1.5 years.

I'll appreciate help from anybody in this regard please do suggest me need help.I'll be really thankful.
one more thing Is it easy or not to get visa for Nova Scotia state as compare to other states i.e tronto, ontario.

First What is ur nick about?

Second U have to mature ur bank statement for four months

Third, U have to arrange deferral letter from uni when u apply for visa.

More u can use job experience relates to ur field if u r jobless u can arrange it. There should be inquiry of ur Bank statement and academics documents. Remember u r not applying for immigration where job experience is main part, Here the main issue is ur bank statement and ur proposed study.

Isn't there any chance that I can get Visa on two month bank statement and please bro tell me more about this deferral letter thing. Correct me if u think that I'm wrong u mean I should wait for 4 months to make my bank statement mature and after that when I apply I should ask my university to issue me deferral letter. Due to this u have to show loan. I mean to say that uhave to write an affidavit about loan form ur blood relation (Brother, sister, Uncle or Anti).

The deferral letter mean a written documents by the Uni/Colg of Canada or other country describing condition to provide extra class to the student if he late to get visa or lateto get Uni/Colg or late due to personal circumstances.
