our visa office is manila philippines. i dont know exactly where to send query email..can i have the e mail address...last time i've cheked with DHL was that our docs was recieved at halifax canada c/o doug last nov 30th..after that, we're just waiting for response..gud to know that forum like this give us details..if we really did not make it on cap, i want to make sure that our docs will send back to us to be ready for july 2012 opening for noc 0631..thanks for the help

Plz help me, I received an email in 5th oct 2010 “Your application has been reviewed by an officer and is pending the final decision. You will be notified once all steps are complete”

Second email received from CHC ND on 1st feb 2011

Your e-mail has been forwarded to the appropriate section for any necessary action. If anything further is required at this time, the section will contact the applicant.

1.I want to know, as per 1st emails is that mean my background checks and security checks are over?
2.My medical expired on 15th feb , how long it will take to received another email request?
3.Plz also tell me how long it will take now to get visa again?
4.What are the chances to get visa?
5.Will CHC ND still ask for interview?

2. Can't opine, depends on the b/g check completion.
3. -ditto, as above-
4. Usually u should get thru, if there r no adverse reports in ur b/g & security checks.
5. The chances of interview request stays till ur PPR.

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am Pakistani National and doctor by profession.I have applied for Canadian immigration under the category of family physician NOC 3112 on June 1, 2011. Me and my spouse were called for an interview on Feb 02, 2012. It was a long interview and lasted for about an hour. VO asked many questions form both of us but he did not see our passports and PCC instead he asked me to send PCC London. to send PCC. In the end of interview he said that "I am not in a position to say yes or no, you have enough points. I will check academic background of both of you personally and you have to send PCC to London. Once your background check get cleared i will send you the medicals" . Now I am confused with his statement , does it means that our application is approved? He did not say anything clearly but people say that if the case is rejected applicant is not asked for further documents and also told about his rejection on the spot.

Please let me know what you conclude by the end statement of VO.

I read this somewhere , do this mean that the policy is currently medical request is sent whenever background checks is cleared ?

and my question is :to whom address should i pay for residence permanent fees (RPF), i mean the address i should write on bank draft and iam london visa office ,please qurax answer me as soon as possible ?

U don't write any address on the back of the draft.
-U only write ur name, DOB, VO loc. & ur file ref. No.@the rear.
-The draft is addressed to "The Receiver General For Canada".

Proof of Funds

hi qurax,

just one important question... our application status has no result yet were under noc 0631..our docs were filed november 30th, 2011. i just want to know if this would affect the processing of our applications... our bank account where in our proof of funds are there are now not in the required amount already for a family of three..in short i withdraw some of it..are they really strict in checking of funds during processing of application? thank you
