Ayurveda Doctor- Competent Authority for ECA Evaluation

Dear Friend,
Am trying for Migration through Express Entry, am the Primary applicant. My wife is an Ayurveda Doctor with BAMS(Rajiv Gandhi University,Bangalore,India)as qualification. WEZ rejected the application sent for ECA evaluation. Can you help me to find out a competent authority other than WEZ. If we reach there is it possible for her to pursue any course? Which course is good for getting job in Canada??

If WES did not recognize her qualifications then you should expect the other education evaluation services won't recognize her education either.
