Are Pakistani(female) apply to refugees and asylum?

I m Pakistani, last two year one of person blackmail me by sending my pictures , i complain to Federal Investigation Agency , after one year that person has been traced and FIA put that person in jail , after that hiring was started in session court then high court. then after 4 month my family member pardon him and get out him from jail. i have all the documents of this case. currently i feel fear of him thats why i left my job and set at home.
my family member trust are break and now kept me in cage like a bird because they also feel fear from him. kindly suggest me that is there any procedure to come to canada

I do not think so but it does not hurt by try. Do you have proof of them doing this or your try to be a refugee of conivence and with Irb or cic will not buy it try talking to an immigration laywer

yes i have proof of all documents like FIR copy, High court details etc

You can't seek protection from your home country. You either need to move out of your country and be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or a similar referral organization. Or you need to obtain a TRV to come to Canada and claim refugee status once here.

I am thinking Eshakhan maybe you should talk to an immigration laywer, do you have family in Canada or like sycalla say go to maybe dubai or Iran and do unchr

yes you are right, first i have to visit UNHCR office for guidance.
I have no one in canada and being from pathan culture i m not able to discuss this issue with my family member or with friend who is in Canada because they instead of being help for me they start blaming my charter and make fun of me.
As few of my collegues knows that incident and they blaming me of all that happened with me. i m really disappointment from few of our Pakistani people mentality

it's never a woman fault maybe visit your family in Canada and than apply for asylum or talk to a laywet. did person whose blackmailing you did they want you to married them

yes he is still interested in me but i have no interest in that person....
i was engaged nd spending relax and happy life but due this mishap my fauncy even leaves me.

i am sorry even your own family was like married this guy. the only thing I could think off if the company transfer you to dubai for work. is the company you work is it international I'd not leave Pakistan and do UNCHR
