ARC PROCESSING TIMES

hi friends

my parents in law were deported from Canada in 1998 now all three of their children are living in Canada with 5 grandchildren 2 of them they haven't even met they wish too be able to enter canada as they wish to visit their family

can anyone inform me the processing times for just the arc?

or how should they apply.. first for the Eta?

ARC processing times vary widely. You should assume it will take a couple of months at a minimum. They should apply for the eta and the ARC will be dealt with as part of this process. At some point during the process they will be asked to pay the ARC fee (and also the cost of their removal flight if Canada paid for it).
