Same for me, so I called IRCC, and agent said it might be a technical thing as she told there are no updates on your file that I can see.
Eligibility started on June 21, I received no updates since then. Not even medical expiry changed for me.
My AOR is April 09. PVO is Vancouver and SVO is Sydney.

What is your stream if you don't mind my asking? CEC or FSW or another? Thx

Looks like many April applicants are in the same status. Wonder if security has not started or not updated in system. VO Sydney seems to be super slow too :( .

Was the explanation for a specific information provided in Schedule A ? It may be good news - someone maybe finalising the application. Please send them the info. All the best !

The case officer was confused about my education and asked explanation. I sent in 1 hour!:)

When did you submit your ADR until you get a response on 13th July?
Was June 5 the day you got the ADR or was it the day you submitted the ADR?
