Sorry for late response.

Try and get it stamped and also get a supporting letter from your Husband's boss as Saki suggested.

I personally think don't scrap the idea of writing a cover letter to explain the scenario and attach it with the Work History pack.

In general, your Cover letter should help and I believe you wouldn't have any problem.

I have one particular problem on which I would like to hear you thoghts.
My husband's employer has an external contractor agency to issue all sorts of reference letters and the letters come as a soft copy in scanned pdf format. more over the letter is black and white so when we take the printout it looks like a copy of the original one.

I am planning to write a letter to CHC explaining this along with my full application. I will also attach the prints of emails shared between my husband and the letter issuing team as a supporting evidence.

Although this process is still a long way away as I am yet to receive my first AOR just thought if you guys could give me your views on this matter and I would be better prepared when the first AOR comes.

do i fill another set and forward or do i wait for their rejection mail?

Hi Buddy,

$100 dollar short is not going to make a problem but missing out on a form will do. I suggest to fill the whole application and send it again with a cover letter stating that you missed one form before. Because they will definetly send you a letter asking about the form and giving you 30 days period to re submit so i think without wasting time just send it now to save some time.

HI guys,

Need some help! I understand that we need to send in our original work experience letters (both for spouse + self) and they need to be supported by the bosses.

1. Do i need to get a latest letter stating my job responsibilities or will my promotion letter stating my managerial role suffice.

2. My spouse in not working for past 4 yrs, but she has exp letters from her organizations. It is impossible to get in touch with her previous bosses now. will her exp letters be enough when submitted original?

Hello everyone,

I have just called CIC call center on +1-613-944-4000 and i would like to share with you that application recieved on up to 8 april has already entered in their system , if anyone interested to call them about application recieved from 9 till 15 april , he/she can do that in 2 weeks from now, actually i called to withdraw my first application which was recieved on 9 April as my job duties was not explained properly plus a problem in my credit card, the polite agent told me that she will send an email to inform the case prosessor and informed that i have to send a mail by the same, my second valid application was recieved on 15 April, so i will call them back again in 2 weeks to check. lets pray and hope for the best for all of us

When was your application received is it on 30/03 or this is the date you send you application ? If its received by CIC on 30/03 then you will be in March applicants.

It was mailed by me on 30th March and should have been received by CIC in April only. I used USPS with no delivery confirmation I have too much trust on USPS.

Yes you can by calling the number - +16139444000.. then the menu options are 1...2...1...2....1. The agent will ask for your family name, first name and DOB.
