Applied for a PGWP after finishing BSc in 2009, never used it (started MSc instead), can I apply for another one now after finishing PhD?

I've just finished my PhD and was given 90 days to leave the country. I'm not sure that's enough time to find a postdoc position or LMIA job. Has anyone had luck renewing their unused PGWP after completing another degree?

Unfortunately the PGWP is a once-in-a-lifetime work permit. You can't be approved for a second one.

You can change your status to visitor to give you more time to look for a job or apply for PR. The newly announced immigration program for international students may be an option for you.
