wait for a week and then send email...stating ur concern abt addd change...n if NDVO had sent MR then they will inform u in the reply.

reason....kapinnera got into process in apr,,,,verification is going on in his case.

moabassi got into process...last month...still no MR

i wish u get MR this coming week.


as far as i noticed...only moabassi dint get MR/communication/instruction/query from NDVO after IN Process

n others whose status is IN PROCES either got MR or some query/verification call

idid not receive any commmunication after in proceess......i am in process on june 27

I am saying that based on my letter. But I remember someone mentioning sometime back that he was requested to send his expired passport as well.

Thanks Jason for the update... I believed that all passports (New and Old) were to be sent ....or was it for some other VO?

Do you have a link to support or is it mentioned on the papers that you received from VO?

Above are the active members including U and ME from NDVO Spreadsheet who crossed 6 months period from 2Aor.

Neither they received any instruction from NDVO nor status changed to IN PROCESS

Dear forum,

It is time to add good news. Yesterday, I received a regular mail from Nairobi visa office after becoming in process on Oct 3, 20111 requesting to complete Medicals for me and my wife, effect payment for right of permanent residence fee and submit passport with sixty days. I am so happy guysssssssssssss!
