I emailed to CIC,Canada regarding not finding application status online.
Their reply just have found few seconds ago, is as below-

"Good Morning,

As stated in the email you received 24 Nov 2010. Your file has been transferred to the visa office in Singapore for further assessment. Any future enquiries you have regarding your application should be sent to the visa office.

As our office no longer holds your file we cannot comment on the status.

I will contact visa office with in very short time.
But ,doubt, they will not answer properly.
Application after 26June, anybody has any experience regarding online status.

As per earlier AOR it was clearly mentioned about 120 days things.

In new PER they have clearly mentioned that your file is transfered to your VO.


The people in ND VO may be just the call center or they are not updated with the post 26 rule and replying just what they know about pre 26 June process.

The First PER came on 23 Nov 2010.

Let us take another 3 weeks, the documents to reached the local VO. By the time 3 weeks were over it was 15 Dec 2010, the time of Seasons greetings. I hope the VO should start communicating in next 15 days time now. In case no news across the world (from the members who got PER) it means everything is normal no need to submit any document. In case a single person gets a request to submit the documents then it becomes a matter of concern

I will seriously recomend you to read this thread from the begining. You can skip the few thousand thank you and congrats messages. Most of your questions are answered there.
1) ND VO accepts school leaving cert in lieu of birth cert.
2) PER stands for Positive Eligibility Review.(the aqcronym has been coined here and not an official CIC acronym)
3) CIO will return your money in FULL if your NOC is full, if your application is found to be incomplete or if it fails the eligibility review. If it goes into furthere processing, then there is no refund if it is refused at background check or medical stage.
4) Agent - this is your choice and there is a healthy debate on this in the previous pages with both pros and cons of having an agent and not having one. I will suggest not having one.

Seriously, the first 200 to 250 pages have most of the info on them. So go through them. There are tons of small tips and suggestions which will help you in avoiding the obvious errors. Once the PER's started, they only have thank you and congrats. So ignore them.

Amazing probably wouldn't be the word I would use I got 2 negs this afternoon in the space of a few minutes, still no idea which post it was for.

I have a theory there are some sad lonely dweebs roaming round the entire forum randomly negging people because they have nothing better to do.
