Guys does your visa has expiry date mentioned on it? I mean on my visa its there (its multiple) but it is till i can enter Canada as stated in the letter that Expiry date is for the time till which you can enter Canada else it will be expired. The permit is to be issued at the airport.....

I filed my visa on 11th Oct 2011.
medical request on 17th Nov 2011.
med done and passport resubmitted on 18th Nov.
Txt recieved from gerry's to collect PP and docs on 13 dec 2011.
docs and PP recieved from gerry's on 14 Dec 2011.

where are u applying bro . . . is it for college or university?

i applying in college....u got back ur passport just in 2 months..but i'm still waiting...tell how i send mail to canadian embassy...wats tha process is? too worried about.

u desiMJ when u applied? which date and fr ontario? well, i applied on 25th august fr ontario nd uptill now no response dunt know what to do...4 months has been passed i dunno whats da matter delaying my case.

brother same situation here..i submitted mu case on 19 august and no reply yet..tum bhio wait karo or mein bhi wait kar raha hun..tum ny TCS k zariye submitted karwaya tha ya koi method hai? or tum ko koi message receive howa tha k kis ny receive ki hai tumhari file.?

yes. expiry date on canadian visa means does not means expiry of your visa. but it is the date by which you must enter canada or your visa will be void . . . here is the link for further information.
