hi embassy sends the passport back to you with the letter which says do the medical within 30 days from specified centres. there is a thread on which these centres are available. refer to the following link for that. after medical u sent the passport back to embassy and ur medical report is sent...

salam umar, you can contact to program assistant i.e. halina as i have already applied for visa for same program received admission on 29 july. and you should defer as the time is very less not possible in this short time span ..
