From what I understand, there was nothing in Kazi's GCMS notes that indicated a change in the due date. I believe he only got this information from CIC through his MP.Stuck In Quebec said:

Yes you are right. The MP secretary informed me about the change of due date, my GCMS note which I got on 23 rd july and updated till May 31st didn't show any change in due date (Aug 3rd, 2013). That is so very unprofessional of them. I mean don't they even have the courtesy to inform the PA about this?. It shouldn't take an inquiry on our behalf for them to see this. Very easy for them to put the blame on the doctor for being late most of the times.aidina said:
I called the Dr.'s office, and they were not helpful at all. They even did not provide me with the date they sent out the medical results to CIC. They just asked me to forward CIC's e-mail to them. In the e-mail, CIC has asked me about the date of submission for the results and which Canadian medical office the results have been sent to!S_Govind said:
