same here ... BG check in progress since 22 days ... and no response ... depends on country of origin i think , i have seen cases that took only hours for PPR after BG check changed.

Response to my case specific inquiry was that some addittional BG checks will be required in my case.

Not sure if its normal but we submitted our eAPR on 11th Mar'17 and till date there is no update.
Medical status still shows " you do not need medical..." and Final Status as " we are currently in the process of reviewing..."

Can anyone plz give a rough estimate as to how much more time it might take before I can see some kind of movement on my application? Thank you very much

My application enters into 6 month (complete 5 months) so i am guessing CIC will process applications within 6 months. That's what the trend has been so far. My BG status changed after just completing 5 months.

it went IP the same day I submitted the ADR

2 of my friends they got their PPR within 2 months after they submitted their file and 1 got after 92 days.
OINP already processed our files and it should not take long time for us.
It feels like i have wasted my 17 months of my life.

They won't send an email. You would have to check CIC everyday in you want to figure out when exactly there is an update on your application.

I would say Yes! In May 14th my application entered into 6th month (completed 5 months) i checked in the morning nothing was changed then checked in the noon nothing was changed but after finished my work i reached home i check i found it was changed to BG in process.
