I did, twice. They all look the same, have no update since Dec 2016. My employer even sent an inquiry to MP, CIC replied with a general answer as always "security check in progress". I'm pretty sure these activities did remind them that my file is pending.
I came up as a student, have no government work or military duties. I don't know what's in it for them to dig.

The only way i will remember if you send me a message now and reminder in 2 or 3 weeks but if i remember i will post here for sure, the thing it's i don't need much time to prepare to go, i will just drive my car 40 minutes east and enter Canada

I saw your GCMS notes entries related to Security, it shows exactly the same number of entries as mine currently. When did you order your GCMS notes and when did they actually processed it? Their will be processing date or date generated at the bottom. Thank you.

Just got my golden email, there is something wrong with it, I live in USA and I updated my contact info with CIC since october 2016 but they sent me to send my passport to Cairo Egypt, Sending requests to send it here in USA, let's hope they reply soon!

My PPR had alternate route if i was in Canada to send to CPC ottawa, I didn't wait for their reply and sent it there, and they never replied to me, but my passport reached them on the 27th of july and came back a month later, for more details click the image in my signature

Proof of address, I had moved and sent them a CSE in october and in feb they needed Proof of address, sent paystub + utility bill ...etc
