They will refund the rrfp (about 500 bucks).however it can take a couple of months or so to actually receive the money back. It has go through their accounting department etc so it takes a long time.

Oh then it may take a while. They told mine was done mid may. Apply for EE then. Pnp is slow at any given step in the process.

Sorry I mean I submitted it on one 15. But aor received in Feb 2016. It took 3 month for them to issue aor.

Thank you. Pnp. EE was complete last week but since pnp was approved they didn't go ahead with ee any further. EE took 18 days from start to finish! Pnp 12 months at provincial stage and 25 months at fed!

Under the details column corresponding to the application it showed 'updated' but when I clicked on 'check status and messages' for the application it didn't have any changes. Anyways, the next day I checked my ecas and it showed 'Decision Made'.

Just do a quick search you will see there are 100s of these petitions signed and sent to them in the past year or Apply through EE. Don't give it a second thought.

I don't understand why ppl travel outside of Canada often and even get married while waiting for pr? We already experience so much delay because of things that out of our control and things like this just make things more complicated with the timeline and also affects ones life and relationship...
