How many people's are left in fsw out/ inlander. March AOR.

Can anyone please guide...
Our relatives in Canada are saying that they can't courier our PR card as if its been caught while sending it via courier outside Canada, CIC cancels PR as it is not allowed to courier the PR card.
They are saying that the applicants should stay in Canada to get the PR card themselves.

Is it true? Has anyone got cancelled PR when they tried to get the cards by courier outside Canada?

I have read that many people get it by courier while being outside Canada. We were planning to just got for a week and apply PR cards and then wait in our home country until we sell and finalise everything.

Ideally, the applicants should be collecting the PR cards by themselves. However, the practice of asking a relative/friend to send PR card through courier is a very common practice. I have not heard of any repercussions until now. Maybe someone who knows about a case wherein the PR was cancelled as a result of this can post your story. Thanks!

Tip: You might also want to consider applying for a SIN as well. You can get it either at select airports or in a Service Canada center.

It seems like it was just ppr drizzling last week.
Expecting Heavy rain next tuesday and thursday.

I am desperately waiting my ppr because I think cases that are left will got their PPR in Feb/March 2017.In this situation my medical is expired.

BG not needed day first to till to day
Rprf paid on req 03/05/16
Visa office Ottawa(i think not sure).
I think all left March aorien,s are in fall 20% so they have to wait for long time.

Please keep in mind that Not every applicant is on this forum, so if we didn't hear about so many PPRs in the past week doesn't mean it was a slow week for IRCC as well

No, not by month but by AOR and he's absolutely correct in stating that whoever has passed 6 months mark is pegged down on the priority list now, so that IRCC doesn't further spoil their quaterly internal numbers.

Every day more and more people are submitting their completed applications.

I think this is absolutely false as it has no official bases plus people from all months continues to receive PPRs steadily even after 6 months. Different agencies are involved and IRCC sometimes does not get all done by 6 months. This week will prove me right.

My LMIA expires in October, so I was desperate last Thursday and I decided to contact my MP. This is the answer from his PA (Friday morning):


"Thank you for your email. I have passed it along to our case file management team and they will get back to you early next week to discuss."

guys I may have asked this earlier, but I've had an email from CIC saying my application was updated, but when I logged in all it says was "Updated" next to my PR application.
When I get into the application, it does not ask for anything although it still says Review in Progress. What shall I make of this?
You could cut the anticipation here with a knife!
