As you've probably seen me already mention, ecas is proving pretty unreliable for me. I've had the mailed Oath notice for close to two weeks and ecas still isn't showing anything. So my advice is to just keep checking the mailbox!

# of oath ceremonies drops from 8 - 3 after this week, and it wont change until jan 5th.
