Congratulations for getting 2nd AOR very soon. I have seen people on other threads who have submitted their full documents in April-May and still waiting for their second AOR.

Buffalo visa office is the busiest VO of all others. Its average time for processing of 80% applications is 15 months which is highest of all other visa offices. So due to heavy load of applications its processing is slow. Please take patience as rejection rate of Canadian immigrant applications is lowest of all developed countries immigration applicants like USA, UK and Australia. Only cases of improper documentation or mismatched facts lead to rejection as compared to almost lottery system of other developed countries.
