Yes. Actually I received an email from CIC, Buffalo, NY on November 15, 2010 saying that they have received my application. They also sent me a new file number. Nothing after that.

Hi guys, God is there....I received my 2nd AOR from Buffalo last week. My documents were received by them on June 26th and AOR is dated November 15. Any idea how long do they take after AOR date to process the file??

Congratulations for the one who received their 2nd AOR from Buffalo. It seems perseverance finally paid off. Good luck with your future process. I am still waiting but am hopeful now as I submitted on June 26th and it seems they are processing 1st week of June.
