Am i implied status ?

Hi . I have close work permit ( with Lmia) and I will quit this job and apply to family class immigrate.
I saw I can apply open work permit and it will take 3-4 months to get it.

I am just wondering before I get a open work permit, am I implied status ?
Am I able to work like legal?

Before , my working holiday visa expired 16.6.30
Apply lmia 16.3.30
Implied status 16.6.30~10.12
Work permit 10.12

If I have a receipt which is applied permit fee, can I work ?

You will have implied status as long as you submit the OWP application with the inland spousal sponsorship application - and as long as your application reaches CIC before your closed work permit expires.

However you will only be able to work for the employer listed on your closed work permit. You will have to wait until you have the open work permit before you'll be able to work for any employer you wish.
