Hi,

I am having same issue in this question 12a & 12b.

My current job title is "senior executive - sales & trading" which is not one of the job title from noc 1113, but job descript match completely.
now confusion and help I need on:

1. in schedule 3 Q 12b what shall I write as my occupation? as my actual job title "senior executive - sales & trading" or "investment dealer" as noc 1113 occupation list?

2. what shall I do as space in form is not wide enough to write "senior executive - sales & trading" in occupation field in 12b question.

I had the same question until yesterday and I contacted several senior members to resolve the stalemate. Here's what u do: For Q. 12a, u simply write NOC DESCRIPTION and the NOC no.

For question 12.b write your job title, tick number of years box and under 'main duties' write 'refer to separate sheet'. Then make a separate word document sheet which looks like the table of 12 b and fill in all the information and mention complete 'Main Duties' there.

Yes, the space is not not enough to write you job title or main duties and that's y we use separate sheet.

Make sure you write your name, form name and the question no for which you are answering (eg 12b).

i filed my application having the job title in my app different from the job title on my reference letter. and i think my app will be rejected for that. so i suggest that you write down on your application the SAME job title on your reference letter.

i don't know how many months it takes for replay
is there any chance to be taken or cap will be reached already?!!!!!!

Dear you just have to chill, it will take at least around 2-3 months to hear something about your application. Chances are always there for selection so dont worry just keep praying

Thank you so much for this timeline. Would it be possible to know the number of months involved? For example, if my papers were received in Nova Scotia on Oct. 1, then when should Stage 1 happen? And Stage 2? and so on... Like, Stage 6 might happen by April, etc... AND, are there cases when the whole process is somehow sped up for one reason or another? I am so anxious to know this because I am applying as a teacher and I have been wondering if there is any chance we could actually get our visas by August next year so that we can catch the new school year. I would also want our daughter to start the school year with everyone else. It would also affect how I would end my current employment as a teacher here in an international school in the Philippines. Thanks for your help!
