I am not to sure whats your job title or what you actually do in collections, but my profile in my past and present job was more about collecting over dues/ arrears management and dealing with collectors/collection agents.

If you look closely in NOC 1212 it says:

Supervisors in this unit group supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers in the following unit groups: Accounting and Related Clerks (1431), Payroll Clerks (1432), Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Clerks (1434) and Collectors (1435). They are employed by banks and other financial institutions, insurance companies, and by other establishments throughout the private and public sectors.

also in the duties section it says:
Implement efficient working processes and co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: administering accounts payable and receivable; processing, verifying and recording financial documents and forms; administering payrolls; processing, verifying and recording insurance claims and forms; and collecting user fees and payments on overdue accounts

So i think this is what is best for me.

I personally believe 0111 is suitable for my profile as not only Manager,collection tittle is coming under this but also my job profile is matching almost 70% to this.
Please find:-

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial department
Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures of an establishment
Prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports
Co-ordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates
Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models
Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers and other department or regional managers
Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
not matching -Act as liaison between the organization and its shareholders, the investing public and external financial analysts
not matching- Establish profitability standards for investment activities and handle mergers and/or acquisitions

I think 0111 are for managers
and 1212 are for supervisors

so we maybe in the same industry but at different levels doing different duties.

its better u get it done before u send your application. Just make sure when u get your PCC, its not more than 3 months old before u send your application.

example: lets say the pcc that u have is date 15 Sept 2014, so u must send your application by the first week of Dec latest. If you send your application on the 20th Dec, then thats means u have crossed the 3 monhs. This wont cause any major problem. Just going according to what was mentioned by CIC on their website
