We got married Dec 2012, applied 2013 september, refused interview in Dhaka sept 2016,and took 5 years to make it, so keep passions and be positive. Alhamdulillah we r so happyyyyy, Now waiting for Medical.

It is sounding like good proof to me. Is your husband planning on selling or moving business? Is there not some kind of economic type business investment category he can apply under? Or express entry? With degree and job experience?
From my experience I apply for appeal nov 25 2016 with a letter experience to them that the decision they make was unfair by 30 of Nov they wrote me back asking for some information that was missing from the application I put in for the applea I send in the information with in couple weeks I reivece the blue book after coming on this site and the issues and people was saying that it take two years or more for a full hearing I decide to wait until they send me a date to go court but as I was waiting something felt not right in my spirit so I decide to go to the head office where I make the appeal as i got there the lady took my file number and told me she can't find my case this was in July 2017 So I told her are you sure cause I did put in appeal she say it's not there and I can got office I didn't have to come there couple weeks after I call they told me they can't find it over the phone I start praying and asking GOD to work in my favour August 2017 I decide am going back to that office cause I don't understand what's going as I get there the lady at the desk ask for my file number she say she couldn't find it still she didn't gave up she was so nice she told me I have to find this for you after couple mins she find it she told me if I want to speak to the officer assign to the case I told her yes she call the office came out the officer was so nice she even give me her number to call if i have any question or concern me and the officer sit down we start talking I ask her how long before I can get a hearing she told me because they just release my case in May 2017 That's was five month go when I file the appeal so I told her this is unfair and it's to long she told me by 2018 for sure I will get a hearing so right now am praying and i know the lord will hear me and cut and clear the way for me and my husband so I wanted to say don't just sit and wait call make sure everything is going ok in your case cause you maybe sitting and wait and something is wrong they not going to call and let you now cause look if I didn't go there how would I know they couldn't find my appeal case
My husband has a family business that cannot be moved or sold.he ia just working in expanding it. He has never done a job nor has any experience of jobs . I also found out various chats woth my friends that i did in feb when i was booking my flight to canada... aaking them.of what ill be needing there.will those help

The mp assistant told me it's not just sitting anywhere untouched. That he's approved to come. Just this final review. I also know they were waiting on a report from Immigration. I could not confirm if this was my husband's visa office, Rabat. They could be plenty capable of prolonging this process. I never got an email saying it was transferred to Morocco from Ottawa. It's insane.

This is what we feel too, and almost everyday ppl get refused unjustly. My husband lives in amongst ppl who want to end his happiness. When they can't get to him they attack our furbaby cat! He came home bloodied on his face from some kind of weapon, chunk of his fur taken out. We are heartbroken, I am in Canada and not close. Our cat was scared and mad. We are angry and upset. When does this torture end. Never did I ever think, me as a Canadian woman, would get told I cannot be happy and not be able to bring a husband here. I got my cousin attempting to make sme kind of headway. What a gongshow cic is.
