Client2014 - I don't say that it makes a difference whether you have 200 or 800 pages. The important thing is that the evidences you submit show the depth of your relationship. They don't want 800 pages of texts saying "Hey how r u?" but if it shows that you have been in regular, meaningful contact and have spent quality time talking about important things. Sometimes that is hard to show because my husband and I have our important conversations on skype where we can see and hear eachother, but if you can show that you spent 5 hours on skype everyday I think it helps. But I do believe that they want you to submit everything, right from the beginning because it is a de novo hearing, which means they are evaluating your whole relationship from the beginning, as if this was the first time you applied. Which is great because it eliminates the bias of the visa officer who made the refusal decision. If you can go back and print all your communications and photos etc from day 1 I would do it

From experience NO you can call them as many times as you want and its not going to get you an earlier date, feel free to request that though...I was told there was a number of ppl in front of me...Now that it is my turn I was told that there is 2 or 3 ppl ahead of me but I did get my hearing date now...When I phone I always go to switchboard first then ask to talk to someone from IAD give them your file number and they will tell you what they can

Hey Maddants, I see you and your wife have excellent strategy dealing with cic, I am so very glad to hear you got a positive reply from embassy(quite efficient this time, suprise suprise ). You mentioned that you 'sent another message straight to the High Commissioner here in Jamaica', may i ask what is High Commissioner? does it have anything to do with Canada Immigration, do we have one in China as well. Every Canadian Embassy have a High Commissioner and he or she is the boss of everyone in the visa office of that country. Yes it sure do have everything to do with Canada immigration because he is the one that the prime minister appoint to be the head of operation in the embassy. I hope you understand what im saying. Yes they do have one in china.

Hey AnnieDonald, So far it look like ppl who win there appeal get put on the back burner for real... Right now we have alot of ppl waiting for ppr request on this appeal thread and none of us is hearing anything at all. I wonder why it like that and we should be the ones should get priority over others...They work more slow for our cases. I wonder if these immigration officers are spiting us since there co-worker turn us down and we fought the decision and won our case. That is sure something we will never know...

Hey maddants I got a good news from Cic today they said they opened my file for medicals and all and it's being prossesd but waiting for good news I think my husband has to travel from Afghanistan to New Delhi to get his visa I hope it comes really quick because I'm getting really frustrated :'(

That is good news that they are working on your husband file... Maybe he wont have to travel to India at all... I think he will be able to use a courier service like fedex or dhl to send his passport when they are ready to issue his visa

in this case i would sure say it get check after the medical because they ask for police record and medical at the same time with the updated forms.. They have to get your police record so they can contact to country that you got the police record from to make sure that it an legit or original police record because it look like ppl send in fake police record before..lol..............

I am in big trouble. My husband got his police clearance. The problem is, the Immigration asked to get police clearance from July 11, 2013 to present. But my husband applied from July 24, 2013. :-X I am so worried has anyone have any idea if the immigration will deny this or will tell us to get a new police clearance?

Hey ajarupan.... How can the immigration ask for a police record from a certain date... That dont sound right at all. When you get the request for police record. They should not have a specific date on there when you should get it at all. So if i was you i would not worry about it because the day you go and get it should not matter as long as they requested it and you did not wait until the time they gave you to send it in expired or the police record itself expired...... Can you post the letter you got from the embassy on requesting your documents..

Hey client2014, how are you doing today... You should get your bluebook 120 days after IAD inform you that they got your appeal application. Some ppl get it in less and some have to wait more than the 120 days.

Maddants when they will inform that they have got appeal notice with package.. our lawyer did fax and sent through coriour at 5 February 2016 ...we sent we few chat and emails with my in laws with appeal of Notice..now we will give them more proofs like pix with relatives...etc
