I need help here, following is my case

Applied in September 2014
refused in August 2015
Got hearing date in May 2017
Won the appeal in May 2017
Medical done in July 2017
additional forms, Police Certificate, PP photo copies and RPRF paid in August 2017


now two days ago in ECAS they changed status from "in process" to "Decision made" but i didn't get any PPR or any other correspondence.

What does it mean that Decision Made, did they reject my application or they will ask for Passport ?

For us we waited 36 working days after dm. I thought DM August 10, ppr maybe mid August. Nope. It came Oct 2.

They will probably ask for updated forms. Possibly a new medical and/or pcc. Never know with cic but after you win your adr the file should be sent to Ottawa. Ottawa will contact you for what they want. Could be a few more months. Until passport request.

AT LAST! The appeal book has been hand-delivered this afternoon! One copy to IAD (Immigration Appeal Division) and another copy to CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency). 569 pages of evidences! Since the books were too big for their binding, my immigration consultant had to get a hole drilled lol

Kindly can you please give me an idea about Appeal book? What kind of evidence it is included? Like photos, messages, ticket and boarding pass, spening time with husband and take photos everywhere.

i want to know if i need my original certificates such as birth certificate, marriage certificates and education certificates those are with cic since early 2016. how i can order and request to cic they can send back to me before the appeal hearing.

Is there anyone who know if immigration canada accept an appology if we have lied in a way to them? I was really misguided by somebody when i first applied.and i told them wronh things.
i got refused.now i want to know if i can tell them everything real ?? I regret not telling my situation as it is.please somebody help me what im suppose to do now??

Did you send them originals of those documents? CIC always reminds people not to send any originals unless otherwise asked by them, they do not return originals, if they did not ask for originals and you sent them in, you have to try to call them or send a web form and perhaps even say it's urgent, because as far as I know, if they don't ask you for originals and you send it anyway, they don't return them.

What did you get refused for? And do you know if you are going to have a chance to appeal? If you got refused for misrepresentation, unfortunately an apology will not cut it, if you got a chance to appeal then you can try to amend it.

The original certificates were required to attach with application package before december 2016
After the new annoucement the cic change rules for original documents
