hi..
i received my appeal record in 40 days.and when will i receive my hearing date?? and how long the entire process can take?
our case got rejected to the small reason that my husband was not present in canada at the time when decision was made.he came to uae right after he got the approval.

Depends where you live in Canada. I live close to Vancouver and less than 6 months I got full hearing.

No.... nothing My immigration lawyer submitted her final arguments in a report on June 29. The Minister's counsel has to read it and submit too his final arguments.

Then, my lawyer has a last chance to reply. If the Minister's counsel does not concede, then the judge will take decision. We were told that this judge take around 6 weeks to take a decision. I am in Morocco with my husband trying to enjoy as much as possible my time with him... but each morning I wake up with high anxiety.

Got news from our Immigration consultant. The Minister's counsel has been given until July 19th to provide his final arguments. Then, our immigration consultant will be allowed to respond on or before July 26th. Pain and anxiety are back...

Can anyone tell me how do they inform when they request remedical? Our file is in process CPP-O after appeal is won and they asked for some forms and pictures (most likely to issue remedical). Will they send something to my husband via regular post or will they email the instructions for remedical? (they emailed him for updated docs). How will we know when its been sent. Thank you, will really appreciate any response

Please can any one provide the time line after submitting an appeal for spouse refusal from india.
i submitted the an appeal for my wife in 16 march 2012 and recived the record (file from visa office) on 16 july 2012
so now please tell me what will be the next step. i am still confused that shall i go ahead with the appeal or withdraw and reapply bcoz i still dont know how long it will take for appeal after i recieved the record. As my wife is pregnant now after my last visit. So, is it better to go ahead with an appeal or withdraw and re apply...as in the refusal letter no reason was given just said that the relationship is not genuine.
i will really appreciate any provide the timeline after the record? what will happen next?

Habibti....good news...atleast we will find out soon. I got my application package back today...and the last page is a hindu marriage rights complete page...I AM muslim...so god alone know what that is. No caips notes yet.

confused husband. im so sorry but this is a long process here. I was pregnant when we applied for imigration and we got refused even though we have a daughter...i have no hope in this stupid delhi office....are you in toronto?? cuz the time frame all depends...since your wife is pregnant you lawyer might be able to push the dispute resolution...good luck.....and just be there for your wife as this is a tough situation....i hated being alone...and not having my husband ther for me...through out my pregnancy...except when i visited him. he only got to see his daughter when she was 2 mths had her immunization shots and was and ready for flying.

I myself got refusal in end may..I am going to india in sept with my child to be with my husband until how ever long this takes. nothign else i can do.

thank you for your reply...i am wondering...when i can submitt any record from my side...like the photos and my visit to my wife after the refusal...and is the appeal division will be send me a letter to ask me to submit the record before they can decide to give me the ADR or give the full hearing? and how much time IAD (appeal divison ) will take to reply to me after they have recieved the record from CIC.
any has gone thorough this process please respond..
