Dr. Tanvir Bhai: Salam. During submission of PP, should I only fill the form and submit to the VFS? Or, anything else needs to do (except the Fees and Charges)! Please advice. Thanks in advance. mthjay

Earlier, my MR was received on 7.11.2012 and rest of the requested docs including PCC, RPRF, NWS etc. were received on 14.11.2012 by SGVO.
Feeling happy now.

If you are in Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara or adjacent area, then you may go to VIP studio at Gulshan-2. If you live in Dhanmondi or Mohammadpur area, then you may go to studio Photopark at Dhanmondi-15.

On behal of Tanvir Bhai.....

Submit appendix A duly filled which were sent to you along with PP request. (You need to submit the original with the barcode sticker & keep a copy for your record after filling the information)
photocopy of PP request letter. Dont submit the money receipt of RPRF.
And all the pp ( You & your accompanying family members)

You can also add a cover letter along with these documents but it is not required
