Hi All, I submitted my PR card renewal application December 21, 2021. No AOR yet. Upon contacting them I'm told that application is not in the system yet. Does anyone have any experience of losing application by IRCC? The call center agent sent an email to Nova Scotia office with all information.

Thanks! I don't see any prohibition form with the invitation. They just send one form which is permission release and consent. Also, there is a checklist for which document to take and I don't see any prohibition form there either. Are you talking about the green form that was given on the test...
