Mr. Anup,

There are special marriage act program in Bangladesh. In this special act, you can marry an woman from any religion. As well as, It's legal in Bangladesh and also in World. You can do it. Otherwise, you have to change your name in all certificates & ur passport. It's difficult in Bangladesh.

Even it is not possible in Bangladesh to change your previous academic certificates.
I know one, who married after taking Islamic name (converted from Hindu to Muslim), but he faced impediments in every case.
As his "Voter ID' is in previous name, he was unable to have a passport in new name.
And unfortunately he took his previous name again and even changed hid NikahNama or Marriage Certificate with previous name.
Where we are?

Pura 27 page'er report pore ami sudhu etuku bujhlam j I hav passed eligibility requirements, scored 75 & my file has been given positive selection decision. Also it's sent to med queue. But I cudnt get an idea as to when wud they possibily send MR forms. Due date mentioned in different notes is 23.04.2013 which is alarming! Tobe arek jaygay ekta incoming n outgoing correspondence'er kotha likhse jekhane 1 kit n application forms'er kotha likhse ar due date likhse 21.08.2012! I'm not sure at all. Kono expert'k ki dekhabo? I'm really really sorry j apnader khub besi kono ashar bani shonate parlamna.

In my GCMS there was a due date for medical which is 20.03.2013 exactly after 1 year from my In Process date and there was incoming and outgoing correspondence also with kit n application forms with due date 18.07.2012 which already passed but didn't receive anything .

Thanks everyone for praying for my mom. Her condition is gradually improving. Right now I'm at office. I'll try to post some excerpts from my GCMS report at night omitting the confidential parts.

Btw, there is no BFD in this GCMS report. May be it:s a jergon found in CAIPS report. Here in GCMS report it's called due date. However I'm not sure if due date is for starting the process or ending the process.If they start medical, security & criminality checking in this due date then we cannot expect MR before March/ April 2013.
