I applied for GCMS twice through lawpoint.ca and they were reliable at least in my case. You will need a paypal account which you may open linking your credit card/debit card/bank account. I linked the paypal account with my Australian bank account and it worked just fine.

I am planning to apply for GCMS notes to find out why I didnt receive ppr yet...3 months since medical completion will be over in 2 more days.
Anyone here can advise me on how I can apply for GCMS notes reliably? Has anyone applied for GCMS through lawpoint.ca? Are they reliable? If not, please advise how to go for it.
Can I apply if I have International debit card?

You need to send a reconsideration request to the immigration officer who signed your refusal letter. Although it is written the file is 'closed' and cannot be reopened but there are many instances refused files were reconsidered and previous decisions overturned by immigration officers.
That's the option for you now. If that fails, new avenue may open up for you in Jan 2013.

Sorry I didn't see the later posts. Yes it's awefully shocking for u & for us also. But then again, you can always reapply. Hope u'll get over it soon enough & prepare urself for ur next endeavor!

No need to be tense because the person who got rejected didnt share the details if after in-process his status got decision made or not. A responsible person should always write details instead of writing that he got rejected. It creates panic among other members. As we all know the SGVO has replied most of us that we are in medical queue so nothing to worry. And also the fact that our e-cas is still in-process with no changes which is also a positive sign.
