guys.....do u think visa office have started MR again? some ppl are saying other visa offices are issuing MR is it right?

how come they tell tis aafter 3 years?? its not justice . anyway please be prepared to apply again early 2013. don't lose hope at all.......2013 applicant will land canada in 6/7 months after applying, so take all necessary preparation this time find a good consultant

there'sa option at www.cic.gc.ca where u can apply a case specific inquiry i think u shud do that first
