AINP- July 2010 submission to CIC, Buffalo

IN MY CASE .. MY FILE REACHED BAFFLO BY THE END OF JULY 2010 AND THEY STARTED PROCESSING MY CASE ON JAN 19 REGARDING THE E-CASE. I RECEVIED MEDICAL REQUESTMENT ON FEB 5TH 2011 AND I HAVE DONE MY MEDICAL TEST ON FEB 17TH.JUST TO SHARE THE INFORMATION..

BTW - I checked my status online ,and seems like my middle name is not correct. is there an email address I can send them to correct it?

easy just send a fax to them, say you are applying for your name correction give the correct spelling.they will correct it on their next contact with you.

My birth date is written wrong in my medical forms. I have contacted CIC but my online status is still showing it wrong.

Any how, I was wondering if anybody could please confirm that for medicals we just need to take the Appendix A form, passport, and 4 pictures in Canada passport format. Rest all is taken by the doctor who sends the report directly to CIC.

Any help would be really appreciated.

You just need to correct it on your medical form why you already corrected it by contacting them, it also takes a while to see the changes from e-case online.Hopefully it will show after they received your medical report file from your doctor. Don't worry go to the doctor with 2 of your passsport photogrash for each member of your family and each of your international passport. the doctor will see if anything is missing.

Dear Seniors,

I just got my medicals done and the Doctor has given us a signed form and asked us to fax to CIC. He didn't mention if we shld send it to Ottawa or Buffalo office. Just wondering if any of you received the same form and if so to which office you have faxed it.

Email didn't mentioned anything about Photos or Height / Eye Color form but only requested to submit Landing Fee. Is there anyone who got the same instruction???

I got PPR last Friday, May 13th, 2011. If you look under section IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL APPLICANTS. it has somethign that says about eye and height requirement. I will be sending my passport today.

I am so much worried about my case since Siettle contacted you.

We have the same period applyinf for Buffalo and even medical date.

My file on the ecase even said the exact same thing that they transfered my file to Siettle on April 28.

I just saw that you got the contact, which I haven't got yet.

One worry is that my hubby who is the main applicant put e-mail wrongly on the file and we sent the Siettle email asking

to modify to a right one.

They sent e-mail asking fom my Hubby's Date of Birth, so we re- emailed with the info they needed.

Later,we got jut general e-mail from that saying they got e-mail but not a significant answer.

I am so worried what's going on with our case...

They may contact you soon, I believe they might took your application same day as mine but due to the email change and birth date missing, etc they requested those infor from you on that day. Since all are completed, they may get your application on there next review day ... May be let say next monday...or something like they keep a date to review the file again on XX day. That day you will receive PPR...

hi, yesterday i cross the border from Carway and did the official landing. It was quick, but border office informed us that we could also do the same stamping inside even.

We just received a letter from CIC buffalo requesting for updated PCCs and updated background information form.

I do not understand this, We sent FBI and PCC dated 29 June 2010 and application was submitted to CIC on 7th July 2010.

They have asked to submit no record document from FBI - India. Does this mean FBI and India or just India?

If the Embassy taken the money order or check, is that a good news in most applications?

As far as I know, they do not transfer the case from US to India.. To update the address, I sent an email to buffalo CIC and also faxed the updated address to AINP.

Following is the response I got from CIC when inquired about move to India-

Moving will not affect your application, however, if you are required to come to Buffalo for an interview it is your responsibility to ensure you have valid status to enter the United States. Also, upon a favourable decision, your passport must be sent to Buffalo for visa issuance and we will return the passport to a Canadian or US address only. There are no exceptions.
