well this should be expected. as the number of applicants will increase, it will take them more time to review and give dispositions.

hey pokha69,
you said that you have submitted a reference letter earlier, but then, they are asking for another reference letter? just want to confirm with you that they asking for exactly the same document twice.

Alberta contacted me today to get a reference letter from my current employer although I have submitted once earlier. I am new Jan 2009 applicant. I sent my docs on 10th Jan, 09. They are requesting me either my contract papers, reference letter, or H1B docs sent by my employer for my H1B petention to USCIS.

Yes they asked me the same stuffs twice. It can be either my contract papers, reference letter, or H1B docs sent by my employer for my H1B petention to USCIS.

I think you said they didn't send you a file number. Did they mention one in this email with the request for reference letter? How would they match what you send now with your earlier papers?

Thanks Friends,
Especially Divagirl.!! gave a response to my post.
Hopefully, we would get the file number in the mid of march 09.
Do you think the applicants who have received the file number will get 70 % acceptance of nomination ?

Thanks
yo

Re: AINP Application package(H1B Stream) sent after 01-01-2009 under the NEW pro

I have applied according to the new process. I have not received any file number with the e-mail. So, i would have to just reply the e-mail with the scanned documents attached? am i right...? I will just scan and send the documents that were used for USCIS..

Any more thoughts...are certainly appreciated.

Best regards,

Koolkarmaguy
