Sent my passport along with my wife's on October 7 th via FedEx. Made a address change request, so the passports get delivered to a friend based in Ontario. Hopefully, we can get our passports in 3 weeks.

Folks.. My ecas changed to in-process on May 23 rd, 2013. Also they requested RPRF, Updated FBI report and Personal history. everything could be emailed as attachments except FBI Report. The deadline to send everything is by Aug 8, 2013.

I received a email today asking for RPRF, Updated FBI clearance, Personal History and proof of my immigration status. Medicals were not asked. ;D Except FBI clearance, everything else can be scanned and sent is what the email said.

I believe you have about 30 days to send in your passport.. You may request a extension but the reason should be valid in the eyes of CIC. It's a gamble.. I would say. On a side note.. your timeline seems similar to mine.. and we may be getting ppr in the 3-4 months or so.. (It's been so random...

2-3 weeks at the most after they received your fees. Also, check for your ecas...sometimes it may say decision made..and you can definitely expect PPR.
