Did u apply for gcms notes or you can go and ask your mp office you will at least know where is your file and what's happening as I got my gcms notes and the security check was not started

Gcms note generated on December says security not started.
MP said last month that my application has been finalized and visas in queue to be printed.
Call centre agent said last week that my application is still in process and still in Sydney.
Now I don't know what to believe?

Bala and sahap did the Cic ever asked for CPC from you guys?
I red somewhere in this forum that it is 1 of the issue for the delay.
Someone told me that I was asked for CPC coz someone with the same name has a criminal record.

What is security and what is the difference between criminality and security? Everything passed but security not started yet too.

My GCMS notes generates Jan says security not started. yesterday I called CIC and they said it's passed now, My application is still in Sydney, the agent said it will be transferred to Ottawa... anybody has an idea how long can it take?
I'm Jan 31 applicant, In Process 29 August.
My friend 30 April applicant yesterday got his COPR.
Can't see any logic in it.
we both are AINP.
That waiting is killing me....

Guys I have a question regarding landing,

I recently applied online for Bridging work permit which is still under process. in the mean time my old work permit has expired.
let me know shall i wait for my BWP to arrive before I go for landing?

or can I still do the landing process with my BWP reference number and COPR?

But I'm not sure if it's security due date, because few lines above it says
status: Passed.

and at the beginning of notes I have note
security: not started
