I am currently out of status after my reconsideration of study permit restoration got refused. My flight tickets got cancelled, and cannot find a way back home. I was planning to apply for permanent residence in China. Now, I have no choice but applying for PR in Canada with my husband undertaking my sponsorship.
November 8, 2019, my work permit extension got refused, I applied for study permit restoration
May 21, 2020, study permit restoration got refused, I applied for reconsideration
September 22, reconsideration refused.
At current status part, I put "out of status", which date from the above should be the starting date?
I am just trying to be as accurate as possible to avoid misrepresentation.
