A little bit confused with applicable fees

Hi, just wanted to clarify a few things about how much are we required to pay for the sponsorship application.
I am only sponsoring my wife, 1 person, no kids or relatives.

Based on the info gathered here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

$75 for the sponsorship application
$475 for the principal applicant (who is my wife)

is that it?
There is also an option - Spouse, common in law or conjugal partner and it is $550
This is where I am confused, or is it 75+475+550 in total fees?

So what would be the difference between 475 and 550 one, the other one specifically states that applicant is a spouse?

There is also an option - Spouse, common in law or conjugal partner and it is $550

That fee applies when the Principal Applicant's spouse is also being sponsored, such as in parent sponsorship.
