5257: Validation successful but barcodes do not appear????

Hi everyone, my wife's parents are completing their forms to complete a TRV but when they fill out form 5257 and then press validate it says that it validates successfully. But on the 6th and final page the actual barcodes are blank and all that appears is the little writing like on this page:

Anyone know what's causing this problem?

I'd first try to make sure you are using the latest Adobe Reader or install another PDF reader like FoxIT PDF reader. I've had wierd issues with some of these forms where sometimes Adobe can't open them anymore or edit the fields, but it works fine on FoxIT. Hope that helps.

It does that on some computers however when you print bar codes will appear
